Terms and ConditionsFor Rotary Incentive Award
- Any walker who is using an online giving site should tell the administrator the site name at check-in on the day of the walk.
- If a group of walkers are collecting together, the amount raised will be divided by the number of walkers in the group, to get the amount raised by individual walkers.
- Any walker not using an online giving site, who thinks they may have a claim for an incentive award, must notify the walk committee by email firstname.lastname@example.org of the amount they have raised within 28 days from the date of the walk.
- The walk committee will notify the incentive winners by email, and publish the winners on the walk website within 2 weeks of the 28 day deadline.
- The committee chairman's decision is final.
