Terms and Conditions

For Rotary Incentive Award
  1. Any walker who is using an online giving site should tell the administrator the site name at check-in on the day of the walk.
  2. If a group of walkers are collecting together, the amount raised will be divided by the number of walkers in the group, to get the amount raised by individual walkers.
  3. Any walker not using an online giving site, who thinks they may have a claim for an incentive award, must notify the walk committee by email info@sloughrotary.org.uk of the amount they have raised within 28 days from the date of the walk.
  4. The walk committee will notify the incentive winners by email, and publish the winners on the walk website within 2 weeks of the 28 day deadline.
  5. The committee chairman's decision is final.
