It is with deep regret the Rotary Club of Slough announces that the Slough Together Charity Walk has been suspended this year.
The committee are looking for a partner to help run the Walk.

The Walk has been very successful in helping local charities to raise thousands of pounds in the past. Without a partner to help with the organisation and hands and feet on the ground on the day, the chairman has decided the Rotary Club of Slough is no longer able to run the Walk unaided.

We know many of you will be disappointed as the Walk has been well supported in the past. If your organisation (or an enthusiastic individual!) feels they can play a significant part in running the Walk, please, please contact us on sloughwalk@sloughrotary.org.uk.

We have a depth of experience in running the Walk and will be very supportive of a new partner. We would welcome the collaboration and know who to contact to arrange various requirements for the day. We have kept most of this page of the website intact to show how we have run the Walk in the past, however, we would be delighted to embrace any new ideas brought to the table by a new partner.
It is a shame to let such a popular event drop and will consider any serious offers of help.

Starting from the Car Park at Upton Court Park, Upton Court Road, Slough, SL3 7LU, enjoy discovering The Thames and Jubilee Rivers and Eton College, a walk of about 5 Miles on well waymarked footpaths and signposted streets.

Remember all the funds raised by your members and friends are retained by your charity.

With all day BBQ food and great live music at the finish, come along and make a day of it.

Naturally a charity walk provides the opportunity for collecting sponsorship for your charity but don’t let this stop you just coming down and enjoying the walk. It promises a great day out.

Individual walkers or family, charity, company and social teams are all welcome. So now is the time to get your group of friends or colleagues together for Slough Together Walk.

Our sponsors wish to ensure you have a great time too, there are tote bags, caps, T-shirts and water bottles available at the start.
There are refreshment and toilet facilities at the start/finish.

Registration is easy to complete online and all the documents you need, a route map, directions for the walk and a sponsorship form can all be downloaded from the resources page on this website. Should you have any difficulties please email us:
